The event will include an online screening of Rābet’s latest short documentary series, Gaza Stories, as well as a panel discussion with:
– Mohammed Rafik Mhwaesh, Palestinian writer and researcher
– Zainab Basheer, Palestinian translation student and writer
The event will discuss the consequences of 15 years of blockade for Palestinians in Gaza, the repercussions of the blockade for Palestinians everywhere, and how the May 2021 11-day assault on Gaza has affected the community since. The event will be held on:
