Tell Biden Close Guantanamo: 20 years is enough!

This week it has been twenty years of the brutal U.S. detention center at Guantanamo.  Send President Biden a message through the White House website, https://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/

Dear President Biden:
Keep your campaign promise to put the brutal legacy of the Guantanamo Bay Detention Center behind us. Sign an executive order to appoint a Special Envoy to oversee the closure of the prison. Immediately free the 13 detainees cleared for release, arrange for civil trials for the others and ensure those liberated are sent to safe countries where they can live out their days in peace. The Pentagon’s plan to try some of the detainees in a secret courtroom on Guantanamo must be scrapped.
